TCS Northwest is a Montana-based construction company located out of Hall, Montana. Since 2017, we have been delivering dependable, high-quality construction services to clients across the region.
We specialize in general contracting, construction management, project management, and design-build services. Our team brings hands-on experience and attention to detail to every project, whether it’s commercial work or specialized trade services. With self-performing capabilities in Division 3 and Division 6, including concrete and both rough and finish carpentry, we take pride in delivering work that is built to last.

As a stay-at-home and work-at-home mom, Laurie balances family life while managing marketing and sales for TCS Northwest. On office days, she focuses on connecting with clients, supporting business growth, and helping keep projects moving forward.

Michael is a resourceful manager with over 20 years of experience in business operations and project management. His expertise includes financial oversight, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. He works closely with stakeholders to estimate costs, develop plans, and coordinate procurement of equipment and materials.
Michael is results-driven and focused on maintaining the highest standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. He leads production teams, monitors project progress, identifies potential risks, and implements effective solutions. His knowledge spans OSHA safety standards, construction methods, contract management, scheduling, and financial management.
