Concrete Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee concrete construction projects. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects on schedule while maintaining a safe job site.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coordinate concrete crews on job sites 
• Plan and schedule daily work activities 
• Prepare, place, finish, and cure concrete to project specifications 
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings 
• Estimate materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects 
• Monitor job progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met 
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards 
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades 
• Keep accurate records, reports, and daily logs

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete construction required 
• Foreman or supervisory experience preferred 
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications 
• Knowledge of concrete forming, placement, and finishing techniques 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 

Working Conditions

• Outdoor job sites in varying weather conditions 
• Physically demanding work environment 
• Ability to lift heavy materials and be on your feet for extended periods 
• Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines 

Pay & Benefits

• $35.00–$50.00 per hour, depending on experience
